Sempra LNG recognizes the importance of developing relationships and ties to the community.
We use a deliberate and iterative approach with state and local leaders, consistently stressing the importance of safety, the environment, community involvement and education.
We use a wide variety of techniques to engage stakeholders, including public meetings, focus groups, open houses, one-on-one meetings, questionnaires, news releases and communication materials.
Charitable Contributions
Sempra LNG contributes to the wellbeing and economic development of the communities where we develop new projects. We fund programs in the areas of environment, education, health and human services and safety. We also encourage the economic vitality of our communities through the support of chambers of commerce, economic development organizations and industry associations.
