• Pre-filing with FERC occurred May 2004. 
• FERC application in February 2005.
• FERC issued its Final Environmental Impact Statement (FEIS) in April 2006.
• FERC approval to site, construct and operate in June 2006.
• Construction is scheduled to begin in 2007.
• Commercial operations will begin in 2010.
