  • Owned 100 percent by Sempra Energy; represents a capital investment of about US$750M.
  • 1.5 billion cubic feet per day of initial send out capacity, with room for expansion.
  • 35 miles from a major pipeline junction that provides access to 65 percent of U.S. gas markets.
  • Three full-containment storage tanks
    (3 x 160,000 cubic meters); two ship berths.
  • Fully permitted; capacity 40 percent contracted.
  • Construction began August 2005, and is slated for completion in late 2008.
  • Commercial operations will begin first quarter of 2009.
