Community corner

Cameron LNG is committed to being an active partner in the community. We support programs and events that help meet community needs in the areas of education (math and science), the environment, economic development and leadership.

The first quarter of 2007 was a busy and successful time! We wanted to highlight just a couple of the community events in which we were a proud sponsor:

The Hackberry Duck-Off in January raised nearly $50,000, all of which benefits Hackberry School, for scholarships, youth athletic programs and more.

Hackberry students excelled in the Cameron Parish Jr. Livestock Sale & Show. The funds raised benefit students' scholarships for education, and more than $130,000 was raised for Cameron Parish Showmen.

We're looking forward to partnering on more exciting events throughout the year, including:
